Fish Processing Equipment

Our range of fish processing machinery includes smoke ovens used for hot smoking trout and other fish species and refrigerated smoke ovens designed for cold smoking salmon and can be used for hot smoking any fish species.

 

We also have available equipment for sliced fish underleaving which is used for placing cards under sliced salmon before shrink packing.
