Smo-King Ovens is an Australian success story. Family-owned since 1997, the company designs and manufactures Australia’s best commercial wood smoking ovens here in Sydney and is now a division of Austmont Pty Ltd

 

Our smoke ovens are used by retail butchers for processing ham, bacon and smallgoods, for hot and cold smoking by fish processors, by restaurants and speciality food processors for smoking and cooking meat, poultry, vegetables and pastry products.

Over 2,500 Australian designed and built Smo-King Ovens are being used world-wide by the industry for hot and cold smoking, steam and convection cooking of meat, poultry, fish and vegetables and baking pies, pastries and pizzas.

We also distribute a carefully selected range of special purpose equipment for processing meat, pizzas, sandwiches, fish and vegetables. This equipment is manufactured by innovative suppliers in the USA and Europe.
